-- Contributed by: Tamsen ButlerI am a licensed VA real estate agent and have been working with a closing agent who, by the way, used the Citizens Lending Group logo on the correspondence materials. The whole process is very nebulous and credentials are few. The appraiser has no last name or company affiliation, and has taken the buyers $900 without providing the appraisal information. I would like to know what Citizens Lending Group can do to provide me with answers, since these "Fly by nighters" are allowed to operate under your logo.
