I called in april 15 to refinance my existing loan,with chase,today july 20,We still not heard nothing from this people. I have sent dozens a e-mails & made phone calls everday,so I could speak with my processer DORIS BERUBE,I know It doesn't take 3mnts to close on the HOUSE

Lisa, contact Chase directly as soon as possible. If your payments are not getting credited to your mortgage loan then this can be a potentially dangerous financial situation.

In October of the year 2008, we applied for the modification of our loan. Until this day, we havent had an answer or reply verifying whether the bank received the application or not. And letting you know this month we will not be able to pay the mortage. All three of us are working only 3-4 days a week. We made this application in a mortage certified office where we have been charged half of a monthly mortage for their services. We are desperate because we have no news from the back and have no money to pay either services nor the mortage itself. We are in need of knowing how much time it will take to let us know that in the least our application was received. Itd also be nice to know how long it will take. We dont want our house to enter foreclosure because of us not paying mortage on time. As you can see, weve been paying but late. Weve also submitted an application in an organization called NACA. We are not being charged anything for their services. We are expecting an answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

Victoria, there is a FirstMerit Bank that provides mortgages within the state of Ohio. Their phone number is 1-888-554-4362. If you are unable to find out information through this bank then my suggestion is to contact a local Realtor who will be able to find out the particulars behind the property you are interested in.

Hi we recently saw an abandoned property in Canal Fulton Ohio we where interested in aquiring. It said contact 1st Merit Mortgage co and ccar inc , we did and they siad it was taken over by Chase. Can u help us with this inquiry? Will it be available 2 purchase or is it now? I believe the address is 5579 Erie Ave. N.w.
