EMC and their lending practices cost me my home. It will feel very good to cash the check I recieved in the mail from the class action law suit agenst them, but lets face it,400.00 wont even be missed by them, and all they will do is beg for a bail out to make up for the money they lost. All I can say is this is a pugent victory and they are the ones who are laughing!

Customer Service Policies states a Customer Advocate will be available for workout plans, and according to Avoiding Foreclosure paragraph EMC "is willing to everything to find a solution to both parties". May I talk with a Customer Advocate?

Davey, it is good to know that predatory lenders and mortgage servicing companies that do not follow the law will face punishment.

How does the 28 million lawsuit feel for deceptive lending practices? I told you your collection practices were harrassment and illegal. Maybe now you will listen
